Therapeutic Yoga

Therapeutic yoga is a personalized approach to reduce pain, improve strength and mobility and develop a sense of calm focus. You set the goal and together we use functional movement, mantra and creative access to create a custom program of movements, relaxation, breathing techniques and more. You will receive guidelines to continue your progress at home. This approach can help you relieve pain, free up restricted movement, shift mental patterns and move you forward so you can do what you love to do.


Therapeutic yoga has helped people:
