Art

Creating is an expression of pure joy for me.  Each layer I lay down is an essential element of my Self.  The final product is a complete story of my truth in a given movement and a map of my movement on the planet.

Art is my meditative process.  It is the place I find quiet and connect.

Art is a physical act.  When I create I dance, I flow, I practice Yoga asana.

Art is sacred ceremony.  It connects me to the Divine and I honour with song and mantra,  prayer and colour.

I work in acrylic paint, oil pastel, paint and pen and paper and any other found object which lands in my lap.
